Hey Tom. I missed that one. It looks like that answers the mystery of what hardware was included in the Front Floor Transmission Cover Assembly to attach the leather pad and the access plate to the cover.

Here is what I found when I pulled back the floor mat in my '51 B3PW.

On the left of the image is one of the eight 5/16-10 x 5/8 ACME thread screws that attach the Front Floor Transmission Cover Assembly to the cab floor. The flat washer is not captivated. On the right is one of the 19 5/16-24 x 3/4 screws that attach the left and right floor plates to the cab floor and Transmission Cover Assembly. The lock washer is captivated and integral to the assembly.
