I was wondering if you were getting more up your way. It's been "slushing" here for the last day or so. It added up to maybe another 5" on the ground and the roofs, but it's not really accumulating like it should given how fast it's been coming down. They got 20" of snow up on the ski hill in the past day, though. It really warmed up yesterday. We had a week or so with lows of zero and highs of 15.
Fortunately I live in the middle of town and don't have to plow any or shovel much. The city guys take care of the streets pretty well. I haven't tried taking the Tucker over the hill to my cabin lately. I expect the steep cliffy hillside through the timber is all buried over with snow that's too steep to go across now, but if the snow's deep enough to cover all the brush and logs I might be able to just go cross-country along the ridge line.
