I agree totally with Jerry on the Exhaust Brake. I have a Jake Exhaust Brake on my Ram. Its a great addition when towing, in reality, mine is armed most of the time.

My Ram has the HO engine, 6 speed, 4.10 differentials and E Brake. I am very pleased with its performance.
