Carburetor Problems

My 1950 Powerwagon has a DTE-2 Carburetor. (apparantly not the original engine). I have tried rebuilding it using a rebuild kit that contained the basic seals and gaskets but still have leaking problems.

Is there anyone out there that does complete rebuilds or has a DTE-2 in good working order?
