Yes, you have to fill out a Worksheet for US Customs 72 Business hours before you intend to export the truck. There is no holdup at the Canadian border...just be sure to fax in your worksheet to US Customs before arriving at the US side to Export, as well as a copy of the title & Bill of Sale(Ebay print-off is fine as well). You stop at the US Customs...Export the vehicle, then you go to Canadian Customs & Import it. No Broker needed.
The Worksheet just contains all your personal info, as well as the sellers.
They are only checking to be sure the vehicle isn't stolen.
You don't have to wait at the border...you do this 3 business days before you arrive.
Email me if you need better details...I've brought 40 vehicles over the border in the past 2 years.
The only hitch I've ever had was on one of the 4BT vans I Imported...the VIN on the title had one digit wrong.
THAT was a hassle!
