John, There is no problem to cross the border, but if it is "importation of the vehicule" you have to submit declaration to custom officials 48 hours before your crossing time at the port of entry. It is a formality but you may get stuck with your truck at the border. There is Canadian Custom website with all explanations. Good luck, I,m glad you found your truck.
