I have a Ranger OD/gear splitter in my W200. Advance Adapters builds them. They mount between your original trans and the bellhousing. Not sure they will build you one for your Dodge. They would not for mine but understand they did make a run for some type of Dodge PW or M-37's. I ended up using an SM465/205 unit in my installation.
BTW, where is that barn located? Don't you live around Hillsboro or Forest Grove, OR? That looks like it is just outside of Hillsboro.
