Hi, everyone. I've been lurking since about Forum 25 and figured this was the place where someone would have the right info. I have an '84 W250, Dana 44 front axle, with manual lockout hubs marked "Power Train Products". Tonight the one on the driver's side continues to turn past the spot in its rotation where it should stop when you turn it to unlock it. Instead of a definite stop, there is just a click and then you can continue to turn it. Is anyone familiar with this brand or this situation? I had it apart a couple years ago doing ball joints, but don't recall how it was made.

Also, does anyone know for sure when the truck 4 speeds got synchronized 3rd & 4th, or when synchro 2nd gear would have appeared? Different project.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Paul H
