Hi Manny,
Another option might be a fixture that attaches to your existing hub, via the wheel studs. Might be hard to get it properly centered though. I like the example you posted, it would not be hard to make. I started thinking about making it using an actual hub, then evolved the thinking into a fixture that would attach to any PW hub.
