Drove it yesterday to meet the family for lunch. The drive there was fine, the truck came out of the warm shop and the heater works nice, still too many drafts though.
However on the drive back the truck had cooled off and she sputtered/missed a few time while running down the road. I guess the now cold fuel and the cold air with the fuel injected V-8 needs s little cold temperatures tuning.
