FFPW never had one from the factory as far as I have found. Mopar offered a ash tray "kit" from the parts counter for other models,which could be adapted to the PW. They were installed by the dealer or owner.
I don't believe many were installed.
I monted mine to the right of the steering colum,and under the dash.
