I don't know how much rust, but the video I have seen of this companies unit removes the rust off a vehicle frame about to be restored. It doesn't look like too much more than surface rust, but if you have much more than that, how much could you restore it anyway? I had to trash my original fram and get a donor frame due to rust that no media blasting would have helped.
