Dont know about the Eastwood. I use the Hirsch Sealer. Did everything per the instructions, including blasting the rust out of the inside of the tank . About 2 years later it was peeling in large sheets. One sheet plugged the fuel pickup. I cleaned peeling stuff as best I could, never trusted that tank not to peel more since then. This winter when I convert the tank for diesel, I will have the Renu Process done.
After that experience, its my opinion that the sealers you pour in, slosh around and let dry, are at best a band aid, that may fail at the worst time.
