I have a NP 200 from a 56 ffPW in my WC53. I used the transfer case mounts from a WC63 6X6. It bolted right in. You will need to shorten the rear drive line to allow for thicker NP 200 transfer case. The front drive line will not need to be changed. With the centered axle of the WC53 you will have to move the rear drive line to the center output of the NP200. This can be done by getting the correct yoke for this. It is the one that works with the e Brake drum. They can be hard to find. If you use the ebrake drum you will need to cut the floor of the WC53 to give the drum enough clearance. Look at a ffPW for what needs to be done. You could drop the transfer case 1" like I did to give enough clearance for the e Brake drum but it will put a sharp angle of the jack shaft between the transmission and transfer case and you will have to unbolt the frame support that the jack shaft goes past as it will now be in the way. This support was put there to help support the spare tire mount that goes by the drivers door.
