Yeah, I saw that. I hope they put lots of exceptions in it. LED bulbs don't exist yet at any reasonable price, and you can't use fluorescents with a dimmer of any sort. Plus a lot of old fixtures won't take anything but incandescents. Can you imagine an old chandelier, for example, with spiral fluorescents stuck in it. And then there are automotive bulbs. Are we supposed to convert all our turn signal and stop light bulbs to LEDs? Will they make 6 volt positive ground versions? I kind of doubt it. Somebody should have also told the environmentalists that the "green" fluorescent bulbs have mercury in them and the even "greener" LED bulbs have arsenic in them.
