Converting Non-syncro to Syncro on a FFPW???

Hey guys,

We are in the process of converting a truck from the non-sycro transmission to a sycronized tranny. What pieces will need to be changed? I know that the transmission, PTO and levers need to be changed. But, I can't remember which other pieces are different? Is the transmission tunnel different? The shift linkage for the t-case? Bellhousing? Starter? What else do we need to source?
