Before TK Beer got big and was bought by Pyramid Brewing it was produced about 10 minutes from my place at an old slaughterhouse in Poulsbo WA, back then they only sold the beer in quart bottles and a couple of those with the Winterbrau brew would really put a smile on your face. Now it's in six packs and it's called Happy Cow Winterbrau....goes really well with fresh cooked Dungeness Crab.
