I too have been searching for these very same pieces.. Seems that all of the parts trucks I have run across are missing these as well...
My contacts inform me that these are indeed very hard to find... In fact, he gets so many requests for these he is actually considering having some
repro's made... I'll let ya know if he ever does this.. I will call him at some time..
