Jim, I ran into a guy junkin' about a year ago. He was driving a closed cab WC with a 330 Desoto Hemi in it, so it can be done, but a 392 is bigger yet. He lives in Estes Park CO. There will be weight issues as well as fit. A 392 weights something like 795lbs... as big as they get! I've also seen a Poly 318 in a 1/2 ton WC carryall and that was mighty tight as well, but only at about 610lbs.
