The reflectors I was looking for were used on the '39-'41 Dodges, including the VC 3 I have here.

The 'correct' reflector is the King Bee Photo Ray No 295, with 14 red marbles and two mounting holes. Ten marbles round the outside and four in the centre, slightly off square with the two mounting holes.

There is a very similar unit by the Anthes Force Oiler Co which differs only in having more taper of the rim and the alignment of the four centre marbles. I got some used ones from Steve Greenberg, who took them of VCs, and he even reproduced the things a while back but they are sold out now.

Most of these marble reflectors come up on e-bay from time to time, and I've paid up to USD 50 for a new one (sigh)
