Need EASY directions PLEASE on how to attach a picture to forum post

I have the scanning down and I am reluctantly on AOL. Next, once scanned, how to I attach a picture to my posting on the forum. "IE: For sale. Set of fenders in good condition. Click on blue line below to see a picture."
