I have a number of brake drums for M37/PW. Some of them have balance weights welded on back side and some don't. Is it critical that they all be balanced to run at normal 40-45mph speeds of these trucks. Why are some balanced and some not. They all have same part # on them, 45406. It does not appear that some of the weights came off either. Thanks. Mark
