Being the owner of a PW that sat unused for over a decade, I can tell you that what ever you think it'll cost to fix it, easily triple that figure.
Regardless of if it runs and drives or not, EVERYTHING will have to be replaced. It's expensive and time consuming, but you'll end up with basically a new truck, so go for it anyway!
