The 435's with the drivers side windows are scarce. Finding one with a reversable PTO is even harder. Even finding the PTO alone is almost impossible. Whn I did my conversion, I did get really lucky and found a brand new 435 with both windows. New PTO's are availible for it but they are up around 7-8 hundred bucks. I took Pails route and converted my winch to hydraulic, which is a fairly easy conversion.
I have an extra Char-Lynn hydraulic motor to sell if you go that route.
