Just make sure that the plug wire from the number one plug is going to that closest distributer terminal that the rotor is pointing to. From there you put the rest of the wires in the right firing order from that number one terminal that you have picked to be number one. In other words it dosen't matter that you are not on the original number one terminal as long as the firing order is correct and the rotor is pointing to the designated number one terminal that is connected to the number one plug.
