The temperatures you mention are equal with my 4 cyl compressor. I have an Intercooler stage, but the lines/compressor still get quite hot when running my 100# Blaster outside.
I have a electronic drain valve on my 120 gallon tank. Its set to blow off for 2 seconds every 10 minutes.
