I dont think W300 or M715 wheels will fit on W200 axles. I dont know this for fact on the Dodge, but my expirence with IHC 3/4 ton trucks (which uses a D44 front) is that the 1 ton wheel will not fit over the brake drum on the D44 axle. The PG W200 use a D44 if I'm not mistaken right?
