Vintage Power WagonS (VPW)of Fairfield will still be playing a big role for the 2008 Vintage Power Wagon Rally. VPW asked for a break and a few of us felt to let the rally stop for even 1 year was not an option and have taken the reins as to organizing some of the events. I have worked behind the scene for a few years with the VPW crew and know this is a big undertaking. We are also looking for any help doing the things you saw the VPW crew doing while you were attending previous rallies. Keep checking our website for updates or check Gordon's site as he has setup a special 2008 Rally forum for us.
AS of now I know that the fairgrounds have been reserved. Pork Producers are onboard for the BBQ. Kerr Farm has welcomed us back. Best Western has been reserved for the banquet. Mike Fleig has offered his farm for the more docile trail rides. Packwood Lions dinner is a go. Fairfield has already got us in the calendar on their website which I never saw before. VPW is pulling strings to help us anyway they can but it's the Power Wagon community's rally in 2008.
