Max governed speed of the M37 and PW using 5.83 R&P and 900x16 tires is 55 mph @ 3,200 rpm. That rpm is also making max HP from the engine. The red-line is about 3,600 rpm, so your running close to the engine's max rpm. You can cruze an engine at about 70% of red-line for long engine life, so in the case of the 230, your looking at 2,520 rpm at around 44 mph. If you want to cruze at it's maxed governed speed, don't expect long engine life, that's the trade off.
