Yes I tried it. Works great! Do NOT use palyground sand - to coarse. Use blasting sand and it is fine enough it won't clog the nozzle. Yes got my pressure washer attachment from Northern Tools. Also do not do it on grass or driveway. Do it on the gravel drive way or some place you eventually plan to pour a concrete pad and build a grage. Still wear goggles and a heavy duty yellow rain slicker. Do it on a nice clear dry warm day in full sun (less flash rust).
