and 7 years practice with that tranny and my brothers tranny in his truck was identicle to mine I almost forgot whatever the replacement tranny cost chrysler at 27,000 miles and it was junk in a 1 ton. I had only a 15000# bumper on the front that doubled as a shooter platform or a bench for drinking cool substance after a hot day. heavy bunper on the front either normy. The truck only towed a travel trailer ocassionaly 80% of the time it was empty.
