In the picture, is the .375" thick angle. The Seat belt retractor/inertia lock bolts on from the outside of the seat support. Clearance is no issue on my stock WM-300. The center anchors as mentioned in the last post.
I will not mount seat belts to the frame. In the event of a very serious accident, where the cab liberates from the frame, I dont want me and my seat belt trying to hold the cab with the frame. I want my anchors to the cab, well reinforced. Then in the event of that terrible serious accident with the cab liberating from the frame, I will ride (strapped in position) inside the steel cab till it stops moving, separate from the frame.
Forget about the dirt and mess in the Bumblebee, its all torn apart for the Cummins.
