just to ad to Pauls excellent info....I see you're server is Telus Brian...they give you free Webspace with your account.
You'll need to get an FTP program & set it up.
That may be to complicated for me to describe at this time but Telus can help you if you have 2 hours to kill while they put you on hold.
Start here Brian....get a 12 year old kid to set her up for you! They're better with this computer crap than us old guys.
