Thete is not a carryall, notice there is no voltmeter in the center of the dash.
I thin it is just a 3/4 WC chassis with a late 1/2 ton military WC cab on it.
The cab is deffinately militery as is at leat on door (metal door panel) the other door ould be off a power wagon as they had vents also.
