Iknow this is not the best way but it worked for me twice. With all the bolts and such removed to the point that the hub should come out, I couldn't get mine out either. I kept thinking about it and determined that if I tried to drive the truck that way the wheel would fall off going down the road. That thought led to the idea to put the wheel back on the truck and give it a good swift kick near the outer edge. Just a few kicks did the trick. I know this could easily damage the inner axle seal but I got lucky. When you do get it apart be sure and use anti-seize when putting the hub back into the knuckle. I would like to add that this is not my normal approach to repairing a vehicle as I have a strong appreciation for quality work. But, when you're desperate, you're desperate.
