Trying to get an idea on engine replacement

Hey guys, need some input here. The non-original 237 flathead in my 49 PW crapped out. I would like to replace the motor with a 251 or a 265, especially when the modifications to accept the longer block has already been done. What am I looking at price-wise for one of those motors? I would consider reverting the truck back to a 230 just to get it going again. I have access to a good running poly 318 for a good price, but would prefer a good running 251 or 265 for a good price. Input please or maybe even some leads on reasonably priced said motors?
