Cetane! That's what I meant, not octane, no Marvel doesn't claim to boost octane, at least not the Original MMO, they do have other products, but I'm not a real big fan of additives. But Marvel seems to work.

That's my exact point, but I figured most would get it, and I type in 'short thought', to save time, guess I should write it out loooonger to save explanations but here goes:
Since it is not recommended for 2007 and newer diesels, that may mean it has the banned ingredients that 2007 and newer fuel REMOVED, therefore it should be beneficial for OLDER diesels, that are forced to run on the newer fuels...get it now?...= )
