You have to take the nose sheetmetal off to do this as the radiator is "slid" down from the top in between the stock U shaped core support. I used the same size bolts and drilled holes according. The original had captured/welded nuts but there is plenty of room just to use normal nuts and bolts. I moved all the holes exactly 1/4 inch lower with the radiator centered in the opening. If you measure from the top it should be 1 3/4 inches from the top of the core support to the centerline of the hole. I marked the first holes location then slid the radiator in. I held it at the top with 2 pairs of Vise-Grips by pinching the radiator strip(where the holes are) and the top of the core support. Scribed the stock oblong holes in the radiator and drilled in the centers. Idiot proof way of doing it and Lord knows I need that. Kevin

As you can see the strap could be 3/4 inches wide. That piece is what I had handy and extra strength doesn't hurt anything. Strap measure 10 3/4 inches long. I tacked it in place then V groved along buteed edge on one side and welded it. Then the same on the othere and ground it all smooth so it looks like no modification was ever done.
