I still fear massive "outsourcing" which has not proven to be what some think it is. Boeing is having massive problems now that htey have outsourced almost the whole 737. Lack of quality control when having parts made offshore is a big issue in many industries. I think opeing non union shops and using non union subcontractors makes more sense than outsourcing to other countries. I used to be more pro union and still am in some industries but some union jobs that pay 35 dollars an hour in an area where a house costs 25K is out of balance.
