Why not do all of your prep work then have the entire inside sprayed with Line-X or one of the competing products. Then follow with the 1 1/2" insulation that is used on metal buildings. It's got foil on one side and is open faced on the other...
I think it would completely eliminate any condensation issues and would give a very quiet truck...
Sure, the Line-X would cost some $$$ but I think it would be worth it in the long run...
Just an idea...
