Piston markings

I just opened up either a 218 or 230 flat head dodge engine and the markings on the pistons are strange. The block number looks restamped but looks like it may have been overhauled. The pistons have been stamped on top as follows: 1-1324, 2-1324, 3-1324 and so on. Are these oversized pistons? Can anyone help in the I.D. Thanks
