I,m in a process of mounting tires, after taking old ones off found lot of damage due to water entered in a place were tube valve exits through the rim. I had to repaire area on two rims, also lock rings pretty affected too. Two questions: Should I seal all holes on the rim after assembly, how? Second how much damage due to rust will make rim usafe for highway?
