Yeah, the outside wall is the critical one.
Actually the freezer panels are flat so gluing to both sides, like a sandwich, is fairly easy.
If it looks like there will be gaps, you could use a troweled on glue, like liquid nails, in those areas, spread it on using a body filler spreader (plastic throw away trowel)
