Virtually any reducer you want to use will remove that without harming your paint....even laquer thinner.
I'd use oil based paint thinner. It won't hurt or effect cured clear eurethane in any way....even if you use the same reducer that you reduced the clear with, it won't hurt it.
I just took some stickers off a new car with starting fluid.
Once new 2 part coatings are cured, virtually no reducer will harm them.
