I did vent window, then runner, then regulator, then glass. I left the regulator completely loose until I got the glass in then bolted it in place.
I did have to roll the regulator part way down to get the rollers in.
Not saying this is the best way but it worked for me.
I'm still waiting on glass to do the second one.
