Autozone Site, but I'm not sure they are correct
The NAPA site shows ES60R&L, so I guess you just need to take one and find which one is correct. MOOG and McQuay Norris don't show anything for the 57 W100 in their catologs , but they have specifications measurments for tie rod ends, so if nothing else, the part guys should be able to match something by specs using the old TRE.
