2)The power to make treaties when more than one state is involve.

That was about it. Look it up in the Constitution, for those of you who can still read and comprehend, you'll be shocked.
Look at us now, we even have federal judges violating the Constitution by applying international law to some internal cases and the federal government involved in everything. Taxes, education, disaster bailouts, we've come to expect a handout at every turn.
