Their semi-annual show is this weekend and next. The highlight of which is a 'tractor parade'. 100+ entries. Old power wagons welcome. Plus they have TONS of running stationary engines,and a bit of a swap meet. One Corliss steam engine with an 18,000# flywheel, formerly from a Speckles Sugar mill, And a huge diesel 2-lunger that used to run the generator on Catalina Island. It's rigged to blow giant smoke rings when it goes POOP-Pop-POW yakkita-yakkita-yakkita as it fires three times, then coasts down. Great rhythm, but hard to dance to.
Good food, bratwurst,roast beef dinners. Excellent family fun, if your wives will put up with more mechanical stuff than is home in your driveway.
