Sounds like you had more work to do than me. I did have to redo one rear pocket.
Ordered valence and small c-channel from Horkey's. Ordered bed strips and pads from Mar-K. I'm going to bolt the side angle strips on. I know they are supposed to be welded on but I saw a truck with them bolted on and like the looks of the row of bolt heads down the sides.
I wanted to use some red oak from a tree behind my house but don't think I'll want to wait until it dries/cures.
