I always wondered if they were meant to do that too, as it happened to me MANY times. Another thing to consider, the Flintsone method of starting...... HA!
On a more serious note though, when someone yells incoming & your in any type rig, your outgoing. There's some film that's occasionally shown on the History Channel of a WW II CC during some incoming.
It was in the PTO, & was on fire as the guy was trying to drive away instead of unassing it. BTW on a real sad note, it was also that cameraman's last footage ever shot as the CC blew up (shown). Note to Paul Cook, it was a 3/4 ton CC.
